Our reception staff can also answer your telephones with your company

TERMS
Each office unit is available on easy-in easy-out terms with a minimum
3 monthly rental period. The rent includes:

	All costs of occupation
	Cleaning
	Security
	Cat5 cabling and internet access
	Business rates
	All utilities
	Furniture
	General use of reception, mail facilities, public areas, kitchen

All you pay for on top of the rent is any outgoing calls and any additional room hire or services requested such as postage and administration tasks.
